Savannah is a licensed social worker who believes healing happens through safe, trusting, and collaborative relationships. Their work is grounded in a psychodynamic approach, focusing on understanding the emotional experiences and relational patterns that shape your inner world and behavior. Savannah earned their Master of Social Work from the Erikson Institute, with a concentration in infant and early childhood mental health, and also has extensive experience working with teens and young adults navigating emotional regulation, identity development, relationships, and life transitions.
Savannah takes a flexible, client-centered approach, incorporating creative and expressive modalities when helpful, while also supporting clients in developing insight, coping skills, and new ways of relating. Sessions are warm, nonjudgmental, and often infused with humor to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring complex emotions and experiences.
They are deeply committed to social justice and culturally responsive care, with an awareness of how identity, systems, and lived experience shape each person’s story. Savannah strives to create an affirming environment where clients feel seen, supported, and understood.
