As Intake Coordinator, Nica supports clients as they take their first steps into therapy by helping them find the right provider and guiding them through the intake process. With a background as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, she brings a thoughtful, client centered perspective to each conversation and works closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure clients feel supported from the very start.​

She has worked in a variety of settings—ranging from corrections to private practice—which has given her an appreciation for the unique needs and life experiences each person brings to an intake call. She recognizes the courage it takes to seek support and strives to honor that in every interaction.
