Emily Lamp

LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER

Emily is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families feel understood, supported, and empowered. She has experience providing therapy in schools and pediatric multidisciplinary settings, which have provided her with a broad understanding of the many factors that shape a person's emotional and behavioral well-being. Emily is especially passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, ASD, emotional regulation, social challenges, and other developmental or mental health concerns.

Emily believes that meaningful therapy begins with connection.  Her approach is warm, child-centered, strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and play-based. She meets each person where they are and adapts therapy to their individual needs, interests, strengths, and ways of communicating. Through play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate interventions, Emily helps you better understand and express your emotions, build coping and regulation skills, strengthen social connections, and develop greater confidence.

Emily values working collaboratively with parents and caregivers and believes that supporting the whole family is an important part of helping children thrive. She provides education and practical strategies to help families better understand their child's unique needs and carry skills from the therapy room into everyday life. Emily is committed to creating a warm, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic environment where you feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
